摘要

Abstract

Mesoporous TiO2 particles were prepared through solvothermal method,and modified by APTES to change the surface charge state.The effect of solvothermal reaction time and modifying conditions on the structure and properties of products was discussed.Mesoporous TiO2/rGO composites were synthesized by electrostatic adsorption method.The electrochemical tests reveal that the mesopore structure of TiO2 and composite structure with rGO are favorable to improve the capacity,rate capability and cycle performance during charge/discharge.
