摘要

Abstract

The cathode materials Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2 and Li[Li0.2Mn0.54-xNi0.13Co0.13Lax]O2 (x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05) were synthesized by alcohol assisted combustion method with LiNO3,Ni (NO3)2·6 H2O,Co (CH3COO)2·4 H2O and Mn-(CHaCOO)2·4 H2O as raw materials.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the prepared samples were analyzed and characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,galvanostatic charge-discharge and AC impedance.The experimental results show that the La doping has little effect on the stucture of the cathode material and all the four samples perform a typical layered structure of the α-NaFeO2.It show the layered structure of the cathode materials does not change after doping.The sample of the 3% La doping performes the highest initial charge and discharge capacity which are 250.51 and 179.45 mAh/g respectively.When it's charged-discharged at 2.0-4.7 V,the initial coulombic efficiency of Li[Li0.2Mn0.54-xNi0.13Co0.13Lax]O2 (x=0.03) improves from 63.5% (Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2) to 71.6% at 0.1 C(1 C=200 mA/g),and the discharge specific capacity keeps at 136.05 mAh/g after 50 cycles at 0.5 C.
