Abstract
As an energy carrier in the electric vehicle,how to accurately estimate state of health is one of the focus and core technologies in the area of electric vehicle.The accurate estimation of state of health plays an important role in research,development and marketing of lithium battery.A prediction model of state of health for ternary lithium battery based on capacity decay rate was proposed on the condition of the changed discharge current and less cycles of full charge and discharge.Taking the 5 Ah ternary lithium ion battery as research object,the discharge cycle tests were performed at the ambient temperature of 0,10,20,30,40 ℃.The relationship between the capacity decay and cycles was studied.The decay rate of capacity with cycles was obtained by fitting the curve.It's found that temperature and discharge rate have effect on decay rate.SOH prediction model was established and validated.The results show the average relative error between the predicted value and actual data is 0.56%,and the model can accurately predict the state of health of lithium battery.关键词
