共沉淀法制备NiCo2O4及其超级电容器电化学性能
Synthesis of NiCo2O4 by co-precipitation and its electrochemical performance for supercapacitors
摘要
Abstract
Highly porous nickel cobaltite (NiCo2O4) was synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation method.The obtained NiCo2O4 was investigated by SEM,XRD,BET,cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic current charge-discharge and EIS.The results show that the prepared NiCo2O4exhibits good capacitor behavior.The initial discharge specific capacitance is 218 F/g at the current density of 100 mA/g.After 100 cycles at the current density of 300 mA/g,the specific capacitance maintains above 65%.关键词
