摘要

Abstract

The method of getting target humidity based on real-time current was determined through analyzing the impact of input gas on membrane water content in proton exchange membrane fuel cell under different humidity.A thermal dynamic model for membrane humidifier was established based on thermal dynamics principles,mass continuity,heat transfer theory and membrane diffusion experience,and the open-loop output dynamic characteristics of humidified gas were simulated under the conditions of various gas input flow,temperature and humidity.The humidity of output gas was controlled through regulating wet gas flow based on single neuron adaptive intelligent PID controller.The results demonstrate the excellent anti-disturbance,strong tracking and adaptive ability of the closed-loop intelligent control method based on mechanism analysis.
