摘要

Abstract

Using micro controller STC12C5A60S2 as the main chip,the electric vehicle battery management system (BMS) platform was completed,achieving parameter collection,information display,security alarm and battery state of charge (SOC) estimation and other major functions.The SOC estimation method combined open circuit voltage with ampere hour method was proposed,and the Matlab simulation was carried out.Finally,the simulation working condition test for lithium iron phosphate battery was conducted by using the test platform.The SOC estimation error is less than 5%.The reliability of the test platform and software system and accuracy of estimation algorithm were verified.
