摘要

Abstract

The state of charge (SOC) of battery is a vital parameter for the battery management system.The efficient estimation of SOC can improve the battery safety and cyclic life.The researchers have made much effort to overcome the difficulties from the battery,management system,and surrounding environment to design a suitable SOC estimation algorithm.Currently,many algorithms are used to estimate the SOC of battery and many targeted improvement algorithms and compound algorithms have been proposed as well.These algorithms were firstly divided into two kinds:open loop estimation algorithm and closed loop estimation algorithm.The principle and advantages and disadvantages of these methods were introduced,respectively.The accuracy,universality,robustness and rapidity of these algorithms were discussed.
