六糖基白头翁皂苷的酶法降解及其产物鉴定
Enzymatic degradation of six glycosyl pulsatilla saponin and identification of its products

Abstract
Six-glycosyl pulsatilla saponin was degraded by enzymatic method and its enzymatic hydrolysis products were purified by silica-gel column chromatography.Compound 1 of pulsatilla saponin(six-glycosyl pulsatilla saponin)was obtained by silica gel column eluting with chloroform and methanol and transformed by microbial enzymes. The enzymatic products were isolated by chloroform-methanol to obtain compound 2 of pulsatilla saponin.The purity of two compounds were 95% detected by HPLC.NMR result shows that the structure of compound 1 is 3-O-β-D-glu-copyranosyl-(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-α-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester and compound 2 is hederagenins 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside.关键词
