摘要

Abstract

The hydroxyapatite doped carbon paste electrode modified by pre-plating bismuth film was used to detect heavy metal ions(Pb2+,Cd2+)by differential pulse stripping voltammetry.The effects of the concentration of Bi3+,preconcentration potential and preconcentration time on the determination of heavy metal ions were investigated.The optimized conditions were as follows:the concentration of Bi3+of 200 μg/L,the preconcentration potential of -1.0 V and the preconcentration time of 360 s. The good linear relationship between peak currents and concentrations of Pb2+and Cd2+can be observed within the range from 10 to 350 μg/L for the electrode,and detection limits are 1.252 and 1.242 μg/L,respectively.Furthermore, the electrode shows excellent reproducibilit and high recovery for Pb2+and Cd2+(99.42% and 97.88%).The present method is promising technique for the simultaneous determination of Pb2+and Cd2+ions.
