Abstract
The randomness of wind speed causes the output power fluctuation of wind turbine,which influences the volt-age stability of power system.Furthermore,the variations of wind speeds on adjacent wind farms in the same area are related to each other,which increases the influence on the voltage stability of power system.This paper proposes a novel method of correlated wind speed generation,which is applied to analyze the voltage stability of multiple wind farm pow-er systems.An improved Park-Shin(PS)algorithm is used to generate the correlated normal variables,and the probabil-ity is transformed to satisfy Weibull distribution so that an appropriate correlation matrix of wind speed is generated, which is further applied to the power flow analysis and singular value decomposition,then the static voltage stability of power system is analyzed.Taking a power system of wind speed correlated four-wind farm as an example,it is proved that the relevant wind speed calculated using the improved PS algorithm is more accurate than using the traditional Cho-lesky decomposition.The influence of correlation of wind speed on static voltage stability is simulated and analyzed by taking a practical 37-node power grid as an example.关键词
