9份水稻籼粳交衍生株系属性鉴定及其遗传效应分析

Abstract
The subspecific differentiation on 9 lines derived from crossing Indica/Japonica rice was conducted by using morphological indices and molecular markers.Two indicaclinous types of rice were obtained.The association between the genes and the yield-related characteristics of the cultivars was analyzed with an additive-dominant genetic model.It was found that the grains and filled grains per panicle of the rice were controlled mainly by an additive effect,whereas,the sowing date,length of main panicle,panicles per plant and seed setting rate were dictated by a dominant effect.关键词
