购买电动汽车备用容量规避售电风险的经营策略
Operating Strategy of Purchasing Reserve Capacity of Electric Vehicles for Electricity Retail Risk Aversion

Abstract
In electric power spot market,spot power price always fluctuates sharply,which results in electricity purchasing cost of the electricity retail company higher than its electricity selling income.In order to improve operating risk resistance ability of the electricity retail company,on the basis of considering influence of electricity purchase of electric vehicle users on earnings of the electricity retail company,the paper proposes a kind of operating strategy of purchasing reserve capacity of electric vehicles.Under this strategy,the electricity retail company can obtain electricity purchase margin by purchasing reserve capacity of electric vehicles.When the electricity retail company is defective due to fluctuation of power price in the spot market,it can reduce its losses by using reserve capacity of electric vehicles to change load.Example indicates this strategy can reduce operating risk of the electricity retail company to a certain extent.关键词
