基于SiC的无线电传输系统设计与分析
Design and Analysis on Wireless Power Transfer System Based on SiC
摘要
Abstract
The wireless power transfer (WPT) system using traditional semiconductor apparatus made of Si materials and the high-frequent inverter has some problems such as bad thermal stability,bad conductivity performance and larger dielectric constant,therefore,the paper aims to study a kind of wireless power transfer system based on SiC apparatus.In aspects of working frequency,high-frequent inverter,rectification and compensation topology,it designs structure and parameters of the system and then adopts PSpice simulating software to build the WPT system model based on SiC.By comparing this new model with the model based on Si,it verifies superiority of applying SiC materials in the WPT system.关键词
