摘要
Abstract
Continuous promotion of requirements for safety and stability of the power grid has presented higher requirement for operation reliability and continuity of the dispatching institution of the power grid.Therefore,the paper discusses operation strategy for the standby dispatching center of Guangdong power grid which aims at shortage of operating personnel of the dispatching institution and combines synchronous operation strategy for the main dispatching center and the standby dispatching center and emergency switching strategy for the dispatching service under the condition of unattended operation for standby dispatching,so as to keep continuous operating capability of dispatching service and uninterrupted commanding right of the power dispatching of the dispatching institution even if the main dispatching center loses efficacy.Finally,it introduces practice of this operation strategy in different dispatching institutions.By comparing response time of the standby dispatching center before and after implementation of this strategy as well as advantages and disadvantages of different strategies,it verifies effectiveness and advantages of this operation strategy.关键词
