低阶煤分级利用技术研究综述
Research Review on Low-rank Coal Cascade Utilization Technology
摘要
Abstract
Low-rank coal cascade utilization technology can transform low-rank coals into semi-coke,tar and petroleum prod-ucts by means of pyrolysis,gasification,combustion and synthesis,and so on.The semi-coke can be used for combustion e-lectricity production and heat supply while the generated ashes can be used in cement building material industries.Tar hydro-genation cracking can generate alternative liquid fuel oil products and the gas after processing can be used as production gas and life gas replacing natural gas.Thus,it is able to realize real oil-gas-electricity-chemistry-heat integration.At present, low-rank coal cascade utilization technologies include complete gasification cascade utilization technology,partial gasification cascade utilization technology and low-rank coal pyrolysis cascade utilization technology,by analyzing realization methods for these three kinds of technologies,research considers low-rank coal is the main development and utilization of energy in our country in the future.Meanwhile,due to advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and economy,the low-rank coal cascade utilization technology can open up a new way for high effective utilization of coal resources in our country. In addition,because of its superiorities such as simple technique,low reaction requirement,high energy efficiency,low pol-lution level,and so on,the low-rank coal cascade utilization technology will be the emphasis of realizing large scale industrial application in the future and has significant development prospect.关键词
