摘要

Abstract

In allusion to problems of ammonia production process by urea pyrolysis of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system such as large energy consumption and high operating expenses,this paper presents to replace technologies of natural gas/diesel burner or electric heater by gas-gas heater technology or urea solution direct-injection technology which can great-ly reduce operating expenses of the denitration reductant preparation system in the premise of maintaining reliability of the system.Performance test data of theoretical analysis and actual transformation engineering indicate this transformation pro-ject is of large energy saving benefit and has considerable economic and environmental protection values.But the urea solu-tion direct-injection technology can't solve difficulties of mixture of ammonia and gas as well as high dust concentration of the mixed gas,while the gas-gas heater technology has advantages in reliability and maturity,the former needs to be devel-oped.If some power plants are to carry out energy saving transformation for ammonia production process by urea pyrolysis, these specific factors including unit equipment,sites,coal qualities and so on are necessary to be taken into consideration for analysis and calculation so as to select out the optimal technical transformation route.
