摘要

Abstract

The tightening way for the horizontal half bolt of the turbine HP cylinder in Daya Bay nuclear station is initially designed as a way of heating tightening.But in the process of tightening,due to numbers of bolts,cooling time after heating tightening is too long and precision of bolt elongation is relatively low.Thus,it is required to make several times of heating tightening adjustment to ensure elongation of all bolts to meet demand.But the overall tightening process will last 2~4 days, which is not conductive to reduce unit shut down time of the station.Therefore,this paper discusses feasibility of the me-chanical cold tightening stretch technology and specific implementation scheme. It proposes to change the way of heating tightening for bolts into the way of mechanical cold tightening stretch,and introduces the transformation course and matters need attention.On the basis of feasibility analysis,it points out the overall tightening process of bolts after the improvement will not exceed 12 hours,the percent of pass of once tightening for bolt elongation will increase over 50% and repair for HP cylinder opening can save 1.5 days in average.Interrelated discussions indicate the transformation can greatly improve work-ing efficiency and bring about significant economic benefits.
