摘要

Abstract

The combustor of M701F3 gas turbine of one power plant has been changed to the repaired combustor in the course of schedule maintenance,but some problems such as large combustion vibration and limit generation load occur in the process of combustion adjustment after the repair,which has affected benefit of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper presents the concept for fault analysis of the large system to extend consideration of interactive influences among variables of main units of the combined cycle unit by means of tracking judgement on the overall process of combustion adjustment and excluding in-fluences of the pressure fluctuation monitoring system,the gas turbine and its auxiliary systems.Analysis indicates important reasons for large combustion vibration of the gas turbine include large leakage of the medium pressure system of the heat re-covery boiler,noise interference produced by the leakage,uncorrected compensation function of inlet temperature and sim-plified commissioning method.By adopting measures of eliminating leakage points of the heat recovery boiler and adding compensation function,it excludes noise interference,corrects load calculation for the steam turbine and makes more precise combustion adjustment so as to recover full load output of the unit.
