摘要

Abstract

In allusion to difficulty in acquiring phase parameters of power transmission lines and problem of random noises in measured PMU data,this paper presents a new online least square identification method for phase parameters of lines.The method adopts the phase component method to realize the identification for the phase parameters only with multiple three-phase unbalanced measured data of PMU voltage and current at both ends of lines in normal operation.By establishing a Π typed equivalent model for three-phase parameters of lines,it obtains the identification method based on the Huber estima-tion method which can reduce the impacts of general random noises and bad data on identification results and realize robust estimation.Finally,simulation results show the effectiveness and anti-noise capability of the proposed method.
