Research and technology progress of up-conversion single-photon detector
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, basic principles of up-conversion detection technology are summarized. The structure, material, performance and front application of the detector are presented. It proposes that the performance im-provement, integration, miniaturization and the diversification of nonlinear materials of detectors will be the new trend of the up-conversion technology in the future.关键词
