光子晶体波分复用器的设计
Design of WDM based on photonic crystal
摘要
Abstract
Point defect microcavities are widely used in photonic crystal filters because they are useful in fre-quency selection. By coupling waveguides with microcavities of four different types, it is possible to demulti-plex wavelengths of 1530nm, 1555nm, 1580nm, and 1605nm. Results show that multi-wavelength transmit-tance of approximately 93% (which indicates a high output efficiency) can be achieved by adjusting the radius of the microcavity medium. This paper has potential applications in small, very selective, high-resolution opti-cal communications devices.关键词
