摘要

Abstract

The space optical module must meet the design requirements of radiation resistance, light weight, small volume, and certain mechanical strength. Through analyzing the theory of heat transfer, the temperature distribution of optical module is simulated by Ansys, and the heat dissipation condition of aerospace optical module is improved. Through the design of the convex structure, the heating devices directly contact with the metal shell, so that the module can meet the working temperature requirements. Finally this paper points out that the strategic choice of the heating device working time can improve the heat dissipation conditions.
