基于线阵CCD步进扫描的光照均匀度检测方法
Illuminative uniformity measure method based on the step-scanning of linear array CCD

Abstract
In order to improve the measurement accuracy and speed of the uniformity detection of LED light-ing system, a new illuminative uniformity measure method based on the step-scanning of linear array CCD is proposed in this paper. The uniformity measure equipment is founded by using linear array CCD, stepping scanning mechanism, control system, image acquisition system, integrating sphere light source system, non-u-niformity correction unit and computer system. The non-uniformity of the linear array CCD response is de-tected and corrected, and the CCD image gray matrix of the extinctive chamber noise and the test LED uni-form luminance system are tested. The results show that the mean square error of the extinctive chamber noise in this paper is about 0.0038, and the best luminous uniformity of the test LED uniform luminance systems is 92.3%.关键词
