Abstract
Hydrosalpinx is a morphological change that the chronic inflammatory exudate is accumulated in the fallopian tubes,in which the pathological basis is the chronic inflammation of fallopian tubes.The diagnosis mainly depends on the ultrasonic,hysterosalpingography and the exploration combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.The exploration combined hysteroscopy and laparoscope as the gold standard of diagnosis has also been used to treat hydrosalpinx at the same time exploring the pelvic cavity.According to the degree of hydrosalpinx,requirement of fertility and clinical symptoms,the treatment methods were optimized,including the conservative treatment and surgical treatment.As for surgical treatment,it is required to be minimally invasive and highly safe and efficient.In recent years,hydrosalpinx is one of the main causes of tubal secondary infertility.The diagnosis and treatment of hydrosalpinx play an important role in the natural conception and the pretreatment of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).关键词
