实习护生护患沟通的研究进展
Research progress in nurse-patient communication of nursing students
摘要
Abstract
Communication between nurses and patients is the key link of clinical nursing.Good communication between nurses and patients is very important for improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction.This paper summarizes the current situation of nursing students' ability of nurse-patient communication,the positive meaning of nurse patient communication,the influencing factors,the training methods,and the clinical management strategy of the ability of nurse-patient communication,and provides reference for nursing educators in order to improve nursing students' ability of nurse-patient communication.关键词
