超早期康复训练联合温针灸治疗急性重症脑卒中的安全性研究

Abstract
Objective: To assess the safety of rehabilitation combined with warm acupuncture therapy for stroke patients within 24 hours of onset.Methods:Eighty-five patients with stroke were enrolled.All the cases were treated with rehabilitation combined with warm acupuncture therapy within 24 hours of stroke onset, 30 minutes per day,once daily for a continuously of 10 days.During the treatment,electrocardiogram monitors were used to record the changes of blood pressure,heart rate and breathing rate.The data of vital signs at 0,10,20 and 30 min of each day were compared.Results:During the warm acupuncture therapy at the first 3 days,the systol-ic blood pressures and heart rates at 10 min were higher than those at 0 min(P<0.05).But no other significantly changes were detected.Conclusion:It's relatively safe to give rehabilitation combined with warm acupuncture therapy to stroke patients within 24 hours of the onset,which has no effects on the vital signs of patients.关键词
