短瓣石竹提取物抗炎镇痛作用的研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of alcohol and water extracts of Brachystemma calycinum D.Don (BCD).Methods:Mice were divided into a model group,a control group,and BCD high-,middle-and low-dose groups.The effects of BCD on carrageenan-induced paw edema,croton oil-induced ear swelling,and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice were observed.Results:The extent of paw edema was attenuated by a high or middle dose of BCD (P＜ 0.05),and the alcohol extracts was more effective than water extracts (P＜0.05).Alcohol extracts of BCD at various doses had a curative effect on carrageen-an-induced paw edema,and administration of water extracts exhibited similar effects at the same dose.After 90 min of treatment,the water extracts of BCD at a high dose and the alcohol extracts of BCD at a low dose markedly increased the pain threshold of mice responding to hot plate (P＜ 0.05).BCD extracts could reduce the frequency of acetic acid-induced writhing in mice except for the high dose of alcohol extracts.Conclusion:Alcohol and water extracts of BCD had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect in mice.关键词
