注射用血栓通对大鼠动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果
The therapeutic effects of Xueshuantong injection on atherosclerosis in rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xueshuantong (XST) injection in atherosclerosis (AS) rats.Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into a model group and a treatment group (n=30 per group).The AS rats in the treatment group were injected with XST via the caudal vein at early,medium and late stage,respectively.The serum biochemical indexes and pathological changes of aortic arch were observed and compared.Results:The serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and endothelin (ET) were higher in the treatment group than those in the model group,while the levels of total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein (LDL),triglycerides (TG),nitric oxide (NO),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and intedeukin-lβ (IL-1β) were lower.The model group manifested as early,medium and late atherosclerotic lesions respectively at week 4,6 and 8,but XST-treated group showed a significant decrease in extent of atherosclerotic lesions.Conclusion:XST injection had a certain therapeutic effect in AS rats at different stages.关键词
