IL-35、IL-22与广西肝癌家族聚集性的相关性研究
The relationship between IL-35 ,IL-22 and familial aggregation of hepatocellular carcinoma in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum levels of interleukin (IL)-35,IL-22 and familial aggregation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in Guangxi,China.Methods:From March to May 2017,93 carcinoma-free members from HCC high-incidence families (research group) and 93 healthy person from carcinoma-free families (control group) were enrolled in this study.The levels of IL-35 and IL-22 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:The IL-35 level in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-22 level between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Serum level of IL-35 might be associated with familial aggregation of HCC,but no obvious correlation between the IL-22 level and familial aggregation of HCC in Guangxi.关键词
