摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of edaravone combined with nimodipine on oxidative stress and neurological function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods:86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected, and were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone combined with nimodipine, and those in the control group were treated with nimodipine only. The response rate, the SOD,MDA,MPO,IL-8,TNF-α and CRP levels,NHISS score,ADL score, and the volumes ofhematoma and edema were compared between the two groups. Results:The response rate was 95.35% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.09%) (P< 0.05).After treatment, the SOD,MDA,MPO,TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 levels in serum were notably decreased in the observation group, when compared with the control group (P<0.05).The volumes of hematoma and edema in the observation group were significantly reduced as well (P<0.05).The NHISS score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group, while the ADL score was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with nimodipine could effectively inhibit the oxidative stress, reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors, and improve neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
