左甲状腺素钠联合复方丹参滴丸治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效及对自身免疫抗体的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Danshen dropping pills in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and its effect on autoimmune antibodies.Methods:A total of 142 HT patients treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were enrolled,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 71 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received levothyroxine sodium,and those in the observation group received levothyroxine sodium combined with Danshen dropping pills.The clinical efficacy,thyroid function,autoimmune antibodies,goiter and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate was 84.5％ in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group (46.5％) (P＜0.01).After treatment,the improvement of serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),free triiodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FT4),thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Meanwhile,the improvement of thyroid enlargement in the left lobe,isthmus and right lobe in the observation group was also greater than that in the control group (P＜0.05).No adverse reactions was noted in both groups.Conclusion:Compound Danshen dropping pills was effective in the treatment of HT.It could improve thyroid function,reduce the level of thyroid autoimmune antibodies and shrink the thyroid volume of HT patients.关键词
