微创Wiltse入路手术治疗双节段腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果
Clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery using Wiltse approach on double-segment lumbar spinal stenosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery using Wiltse approach on double-segment lumbar spinal stenosis (DSLSS).Methods A total of 104 patients with DSLSS were divided into control group (n =52) and observation group(n =52) using the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional surgery using posterior midline approach,and the observation group with minimally invasive surgery using Wiltse approach.The intraoperative indices of the patients were compared between the two groups.Low back pain,leg pain and changes in lumbar function were recorded and compared between the two groups before operation,after 3 and 6 months of operation.Results The incision length,intraoperative bleeding,intraoperative drainage volume and duration of operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores of low back and leg,score of activity of daily living,and lumbar Oswestry disability index changed over time in the two groups,and the changes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery using Wiltse approach can alleviate the intraoperative trauma,as well as effectively improve waist and leg pains after surgery and promote the recovery of lumbar function.关键词
