不同液体复苏方式对创伤性失血性休克大鼠的影响
Effects of different fluid resuscitation methods on rats with traumatic and hemorrhagic shock

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of different resuscitation methods on traumatic and hemorrhagic shock in rats. Methods The 80 SD rat models of uncontrolled traumatic and hemorrhagic shock were developed,which were randomly divided into four groups,with 20 rats in each group.Group A was defined as control group;the rats in group B suffered hemorrhagic shock but without fluid resuscitation;the rats in group C accepted restrictive crystalloid resuscitation;and the rats in group D accepted non-restrictive fluid resuscitation. The mortality and the physiological and laboratory indexes were compared among the four groups after two hours of fluid resuscitation. Results The mortality of group A was lower than that of group B,C or D,and the mortality of group C was lower than that of group B or D(all P<0.05).After two hours of fluid resuscitation,no significant difference was found in the body weight,Hb,Hct or PLT level among the four groups(all P>0.05),the levels of rat mean arterial pressure(MAP) of group A,group D,group C and group B decreased in turn (all P<0.05);the shock index and the blood lactic acid(Lac) level of group B were higher than those of group A,B or C(P<0.05),the shock index and the Lac level of group D were higher than those of group A or C(all P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the shock index or Lac level between group C and group A(all P>0.05);the level of blood pH of group B was lower than that of group A, C or D(all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the level of blood pH among group A,group C and group D (P>0.05).Conclusion Compared to non-restrictive fluid resuscitation,restrictive fluid resuscitation can reduce the mortality and shock index of rats with traumatic and hemorrhagic shock as well as maintain the basic MAP demands for tissue perfusion,which is conductive to improving the prognosis of rats.关键词
