不同产业集群模式下中小企业商业模式创新研究
Study of business mode innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises under different industrial cluster modes
摘要
Abstract
In order to better explore the innovative development of SMEs under different industrial cluster modes,the existing mode of industrial cluster development is classified into market orientation,multi-core mode,industrial transfer,planning guide based on the types of power source generated by industrial cluster,the origin of power source and the path of cluster.In the light of the characteristics of the existence and operation of SMEs in different cluster modes,the SMEs are divided into two types:matching type and market type.The business mode innovation need to be probed into by different types of SMEs based on the positioning of business mode innovation type around the business mode of innovation system components.The article views that the excavating innovation should be adopted to the supporting type,the adjusting innovation should be used to the market,the path of business mode innovation of two different types of SMEs will be discussed and achieved by applying the constructed business mode innovation system around the business mode innovation system components of insight into value,creating value,transferring value,accessing value.The research results have some reference value for small and medium-sized enterprises to get rid of the development dilemma,and new effective ideas will be given to the SMEs business mode innovation in different industrial cluster modes.关键词
