基于PPP模式的城镇棚户区改造项目利益分配研究

Abstract
In order to effectively solve the profit distribution imbalance problem of urban shantytowns reform in the process of the PPP cooperation,and promote urban shantytowns reform healthily and orderly,the participants and the influence factors of the subj ect are analyzed,and a PPP transformation proj ect benefit distribution model of urban shantytowns is established based on Shapley value correction algorithm.The model fully considers the interests of the parties involved,and combines with the factors of the proportion of investment,risk,effort level,supervision and so on,to construct the interest distribution mecha-nism.It alleviates the unfavorable conditions in which all members undertake equal influence factors in the traditional method. The traditional Shapley value method is revised on the basis of considering the influence factors of the profit distribution.Some countermeasures are put forward on policy formulation,proj ect management and operation.The research method has certain applicability which provides the basis for solving the problem of unbalanced benefit distribution.The countermeasures provide certain reference value for the decision-making and implementation of urban shantytowns transformation.关键词
