支气管镜下球囊高压扩张联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗结核性支气管狭窄的效果观察
Effect of Bronchoscopic Balloon Dilatation combined with Local Injection of Tramcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Tuberculous Bronchial Stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of bronchoscopic balloon dilatation combined with local injection of tramcinolone acetonide in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis.Methods:120 cases of tuberculous bronchial stenosis treated in our hospital from January,2013 to March 2016 were selected.The patients in the conventional group were treated with bronchial balloon dilatation,and the experimental group was treated with bronchoscopic balloon dilatation combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection.Results:Treatment of the experimental group and the conventional group total effective rate were 95％ and 81.67％,P ＜ 0.05;the experimental group after treatment FEV1 score and shortness of breath were significantly better than the conventional group,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion:The effect of balloon high pressure dilation combined with triamcinolone acetonide on tuberculous bronchial stenosis is remarkable.关键词
