艾迪注射液联合紫杉醇与铂类治疗中老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效评价
Clinical Efficacy and its Quality of Life of Aidi Injection Combined with Taxol and Platinum-based Drug in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Middle-late Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and its influence on the quality of life of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy of taxol and Platinum-based drug in the treatment of elderly patients with middle-late stage non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group in first,8 days with paclitaxel,given cis-platinum complexes on the first day,the observation group were given intravenous injection Addie on the basis of the control group.With 1 cycles per 21 d,each patient completed at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups and their influence on the quality of life of patients were observed and compared.Results:Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant (Z=-1.202,P＞0.05),but the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The observation group patients to improve the quality of life was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.022,P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in allergic reaction,alopecia and neurotoxicity (P＞0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups in incidence of adverse reactions of digestive tract (x2=1.663,P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy of taxol and Platinum-based drug in the treatment,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve the quality of life,and alleviate the adverse drug reactions caused by chemotherapy.关键词
