宫腹腔镜下吸宫术在宫角妊娠中的临床应用研究
Clinical Application of Aspiration with Hysteroscopy-Laparoscopy in Cornual Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application of aspiration with hysteroscopy-laparoscopy in cornual pregnancy.Methods:A total of 126 patients with cornual pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n =63) and an observation group (n =63).The observation group was treated by aspiration with hysteroscopy-laparoscopy,and the control group was treated by conventional aspiration.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated based on intraoperative bleeding volume and level of serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG).Resuits:For the observation group,the markedly effective rate was 39.7％,the effective rate was 52.4％,and the ineffective rate was 7.9％.For the control group,the markedly effective rate was 25.4％,the effective rate was 46.0％,and the ineffective rate was 28.6％.The overall effective rate of the observation group (92.1％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.4％) (P ＜0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group was (57.32 ± 6.52) ml,and the postoperative serum β-HCG level was (4.22 ± 0.51) mIU/ml,which were both significantly lower than those of the control group ((94.32 ± 10.02) ml and (13.71 ± 2.98) mIU/ml) (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group (92.1％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.8％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Aspiration with hysteroscopy-laparoscopy in coruual pregnancy significantly reduced intraoperative bleeding volume and serum β-HCG level,and increased the success rate of surgery,thus being of great clinical significance.关键词
