前列化浊丸联合左氧氟沙星治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills Combined with Levofloxacin in Treating Ⅲ A Prostatitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of the Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of type Ⅲ A prostatitis.Methods:One hundred and four patients with type Ⅲ A prostatitis admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2017,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.There were Fifty-two cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,oral Levofloxacin,0.2 gram/ Time,once daily,and given prostate massage therapy,1 times / week;experimental group:to give clinical routine treatment while oral Self-made Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills,6gram/time,two times daily.After 5 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared the NIH-CPSI score (Pain score,Urinary symptom score,Life quality score),white blood cell (EPS-WBC) in the prostatic fluid,Maximum urinary flow rate changes.Results:The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The overall significant efficiency rate and overall effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The EPS-WBC counts in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of type Ⅲ A prostatitis can obviously improve the symptoms of pelvic cavity,perineal pain,urinary frequency,urinary incontinence,sexual dysfunction and so on,alleviate the patients' mental depression and anxiety.关键词
