Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Xiaoyao Pill in the treatment of somatization symptoms.Methods:98 cases of somatization symptoms in our hospital during the past 2 years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The observation group was given Flupentixol and melitracen tablets,1 tablets each time,once in the morning.Xiaoyao pills,8 pills each time,3 times a day.The control group was given Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules,20mg,once a day.Treatment was observed for 8 weeks.The curative effect was evaluated by SSS scale at 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:at the second weekend of the medication,the SSS score of the observation group and the control group had very significant difference (P ＜0.01).At the end of the 8 week treatment,the SSS scores of the 2 groups were significantly decreased,but there was still significant difference between the 2 groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol and melitracen combined with Xiaoyao Pill in the treatment of patients with somatization symptoms,has quick effect,good curative effect,adverse reaction and good compliance characteristics.关键词
