微信软件在老年股骨转子间骨折患者术后功能恢复中的应用
Application of WeChat Software in Functional Recovery of Elderly Postoperative Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application effect of WeChat software management in patients with fracture of femoral intertrochanteric function after restoration. Methods: 100 elderly patients with femur from December 2013 to December 2016 were fracture, were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were with bone plied intertrochanteric fracture diagnosis, surgery with PFNA internal fixation in the hospital. Two groups were given routine nursing in Department of orthopedics,the same rehabilitation training.50 cases in the control group were given regular discharge guidance after discharge, and regular telephone follow-up was carried out. On the basis of the experimental group,an irregular WeChat return visit was conducted. The recovery of hip joint, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:After three months of discharge,the Harris score,the ADL scale and the nursing satisfaction were high-er in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of WeChat software can promote the recovery of hip function and the im-provement of self-care ability and improve the satisfaction of nursing in the elderly.关键词
