中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western med-icine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Method:72 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group were given western medical treatment; the 36 cases in control group were treated on the basis of Western medicine plus Angelica nourishing blood,dispelling wind and relie-ving itching,both groups last 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Result:At the end of the 4-week course,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.67% and 72.22%. After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 12.12% and 38.46%respectively. The difference between the total effective rate and the recurrence rate of the two groups was statis-tically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a high curative effect on the treatment of chronic urticarial,the recurrence rate is low and the adverse reaction is less.关键词
