Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation in patients taken hysteroscopic hysterectomy. Methods: 90 cases of hysteroscopic hysterectomy patients in our department from August to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control groupaccording to the proportion of 1:1,each with 45 cases. The patients in the control group were received routine care during the perioperative period,and the observation group was received rapid reha-bilitation nursing during the perioperative period. The operation stress,postoperative pain and rehabilitation of the two groups were compared. Results:Cortisol and epinephrine after 1d of the operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative pain score after 24h of the operation was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anal exhaust time,ambulation time,defecation time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the complication was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can reduce the postoperative pain of patients undergoing hysteroscopic hysterectomy,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation and shorten the hospitaliza-tion time.关键词
