摘要
Abstract
Based on the vitrification formula of radioactive rock wool and the high-temperature and low-temperature viscosity experiments,this study was verified and evaluated the performance of radioactive rock wool vitrification produced by the optimized process parameters.The results indicate that high-temperature viscosity equation of melting glass produced by the optimized formula is η=1.27 × 10 8 × e29794.11/T The coefficient of association is 0.999 1,and predict optimized melting temperature is 1 181 ℃.The temperature range of earlier and later forming stage are 1 034-914 ℃ and 914-619 ℃ respectively.The optimized annealing temperature range is 544-574 ℃.The radioactive rock wool vitrification produced by the optimized process parameters has well uniformity,high vitrification degree and mechanical strength,the density of which meet the requirements of vitrification.The process parameters obtained by this study are suitable for optimization formula of radioactive rock wool vitrification,and that provid reference for optimized design of the plasma high temperature incineration platform and engineering applications of radioactive rock wool vitrification formula.关键词
