摘要

Abstract

To investigate and analyze the ecological restoration of the plant with high aluminum re-sistance,the tissue culture seedlings of hydrangea macrophylla were exogenously treated with different concentration of salicylic acid(SA) and AlCl3solution to study the alleviative effect of SA on its al toxici-ty.Through morphological observation and the analysis of physiological indexes such as soluble sugar,ma-londialdehyde (MDA),peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD),the results show that SA could not eliminate aluminum stress on plant growth,and high concentration would produce toxic effect, but the low concentration of SA could effectively reduce the damage of plasma membrane peroxidation and increase the activity of SOD and POD in the plant and increase the content of soluble sugar and reduce the accumulation of MDA,and thus to relieve the poisoning of aluminum stress.
