杜鹃花自然杂交与远缘杂交的综述
Review on Nature and Distant Hybridization of Rhododendron
摘要
Abstract
The results of domestic and international research about natural hybridization and distant hybridization of Rhododendron were summarized.The natural hybridization of Rhododendron was relatively frequent in the wild,and the process of Rhododendron breeding could be greatly shortened by this phe-nomenon.There existed three problems in distant hybridization primarily,such as abnormal growth of pollen tube,embryo abortion and albino hybridization,which could be solved by some technical means.Al-though the overall success rate of distant Rhododendron hybridization was relatively low,there was a great difference between different crosses.However,distant hybridization could create a new germplasm,transfer target traits,and meanwhile could help to study the relationship between species and phylogenetic rela-tionships.关键词
