169份辣椒种质资源的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of 169 Accessions of Capsicum

Abstract
In this study 152 pairs of SSR primers were designed based on the whole genome coding region sequence of pepper. The different species of Capsicum were used to screen 152 pairs of primers,and among them 17 pairs of SSR polymorphic primers showing clear bands and good stability were obtained. The genetic diversity of different species of pepper germplasm was studied by these primers.POPGENE32 and Phylip softwares were used to analyze the experimental data.The results showed that 17 pairs of SSR primers amplified 46 polymorphic bands,with an average of 2.71 loci amplified by each pair of primers. The mean value of allele number(Na),effective allele number(Ne),expected heterozygosity(He), observed heterozygosity(Ho),Shannon-Weaver index(I) and polymorphism information content(PIC) were 2.176 5,1.629 1,0.360 2,0.834 7,0.549 6 and 0.310 6 respectively,indicating that pepper genetic information was very rich.The 169 accessions of Capsicum were analyzed using UPGMA method, and clustered into seven branches.关键词
