微量元素对蝴蝶兰生长发育及光合生理的影响
Effects of Trace Elements on Growth and Photosynthetic Physiology of Phalaenopsis

Abstract
In order to improve the photosynthetic characteristics and growth of Phalaenopsis,the cultivar Zhongguohong was used to study the effects of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu on vegetative growth and photosynthetic physiology of Phalaenopsis.The results showed that all of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu improved the leaf growth, chlorophyll contents and photosynthetic characteristics of Phalaenopsis. The higher the stomatal conductance was,the higher the transpiration rate showed. The effect of Cu on effective photochemical quantum was the best,showing the most leaves.Zn was just after Cu.Fe showed the most significant effect on the chlorophyll contents and net CO2uptake rate. The effects of Zn on stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2concentration were the most obvious,increased by 29%,24% and 23% compared with control(water).关键词
