伊维菌素长效透皮剂的研制及含量测定
Preparation and Content Determination of Long-acting Transdermal Agent of Ivermectin
摘要
Abstract
According to the physical and chemical properties of ivermectin,we successfully developed the long-acting transdermal agent of ivermectin by selected appropriate proportion of cosolvent,penetrating agent,and a long-term agent,the three concentrations of the ivermectin were 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%. Under the conditions of -20 ℃,4 ℃,40 ℃,the results of stability tests showed that the ivermectin had the best stability with 18% absolute ethyl alcohol,2% azone,50% N,N-Dimethylformamide,and 30% α-pyrrolidone.The HPLC determination results showed that the RSD of intra- and inter- day of 0.5%, 1.0%,and 1. 5% ivermectin were all less than 1%,the average recovery was about 90%,and the ivermectin content of the three production batches was all within 99.23%—108.02% (except one batch of 122.48%).In addition,the water content of 0.5%,1.0% long-acting transdermal agent of ivermectin were below 1%.关键词
