天舒片治疗后循环缺血孤立性眩晕合并高血压的疗效
Tianshu capsules in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with ischemic vertigo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Tianshu tablets in the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with clinical efficacy in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with posterior circulation ischemia,isolated vertigo and hypertension were collected from our department of Neurology from January 2015 to January 2017.According to the random number table they were divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with circulation improvement,controlment of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid and other conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with conventional therapy plus 1.36g Tianshu capsules Tid,the treatment lasted for 2 weeks.The vertigo degree,the average velocity of blood flow and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had lower vertigo score (P＜0.05),higher vertebral artery mean blood flow rate (P＜0.05),improved vertigo degree and vertebra-base artery mean blood flow velocity (P＜0.05).The number of mild vertigo patients increased and the number of moderate and severe patients reduced;compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tianshu capsules combined treatment can decrease the degree of vertigo and increase the vertebral basilar artery mean blood flow velocity.The clinical effect is remarkable and this therapy can cooperate to control blood pressure.关键词
